Don't take that call
| The new “Do-Not-Call” law that goes into effect on October 1, 2003 will affect Realtors engaged in cold calling. California previously had its’ own “do-not-call” ordinance but the California Association of Realtors had obtained an exemption for that law. The new law does away with that exemption which means that Realtors must consult the “do-not-call” list before making calls.
