2003 Mid Year California Real Estate Outlook

According to California Association of Realtors economists the number of homes sales peaked about May of 2002 and have been decreasing gradually ever since.

Despite the decline in the number of homes sold, the median home prices have increased significantly throughout most of the state. The rate of increase will still be double digit throughout the year but has started to slow and will fall below that of last year.
